As founder of BetterTrades, Freddie Rick is driven to keep adding value to the company until it fulfils his goal of helping thousands of individuals achieve their own personal financial goals.

He's done this by making the BetterTrades stock market education program easy to understand and simple to explain. Trading in the stock market is simple, but it isn't easy. By producing material that's easy to understand, Freddie Rick has truly brought Main Street a step closer to Wall Street.

Over the last year Freddie Rick has recruited former NFL coach Jimmy Johnson to join the program. Coach Johnson, who has two Super Bowl rings from his days with the Dallas Cowboys, was personally mentored by Freddie and is now the spokesman for the company via the infomercials that air throughout the country.

Freddie has also supercharged the Traders Super Summit, which brings together all the coaches from the BetterTrades staff and assembles them in one place. This meeting gives people a chance to see all coaches in one gathering spot and provides them the opportunity to learn the latest strategies and techniques.

Freddie Rick's most recent business is CodeReady Solutions, an IT company he formed in 2007. His dream is to spin off the company's IT department into a stand-alone IT brand that can provide services to BetterTrades and also bring in outside customers. CodeReady's main focus is on web marketing and Freddie Rick has hired search-engine optimization experts, web designers, e-commerce specialists, web advertising experts, content writers, and software designers. BetterTrades currently makes up 90 percent of the CodeReady business, but the five-year goal is to have 80 percent of revenues coming from outside companies. One client is The Investment Club Network, an Ireland-based financial training company that acts much the same was as BetterTrades does in the United States.
